Beckhouse Cottages

We have six cottages, please click the nameplate of the cottage that you wish to view.

All the cottages are fully oil fired central heated, and they each (except Cornflower) have wood burning stoves for added comfort. Logs are provided at no extra cost. There are colour T.V., VCR, books and games in each cottage. They are tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard. In the car parking yard there is a pay phone. There is a Laundry room with Auto washing machine and tumbler dryer. Also a small video library. A cot, high chair and Z beds are available at no extra cost. We welcome dogs which are kept under control. There is an extra charge of £5 per week for each dog.

On the farm we keep mainly driving horses, mares and foals, donkeys and exotic birds. We also have a horse drawn carriage collection. There are stables on the farm, which we would let to anyone wishing to bring their own horse.

The surrounding countryside is excellent for walking, and we allow visitors to walk over our fields. The scenery is beautiful and there is a stream running around our land, in which we allow anyone to fish, or it is lovely to just sit by and maybe have a picnic.
