Sleeps 12. This is the original farmhouse on the farm and is approximately 120 years old. The house has five bedrooms (three double and two twin), and also a twin  bedroom and bathroom in the attic. One bedroom in the house is en-suite, and three other bedrooms have vanity units. There is also a large bathroom with shower and bath on the first floor.

The ground floor consists of a large lounge with television (freeview), DVD player, video, three sofas and two armchairs. There is a large selection of books and videos. The room has a large inglenook fireplace with a log burning stove. There is a large dining room with a long table and twelve chairs, also a small sitting room with three piece suite and television. Also there is a large farmhouse fitted kitchen with table and chairs, welsh dresser, AGA oven, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.

Just off the kitchen is a large splendid conservatory overlooking the sheltered garden. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash basin and a utility room with auto washer and drying rack.

At the front of the house, which faces south, there is a large garden with lovely views over the fields and woodland. The house is oil centrally heated. There is ample car parking facilities outside the house. This is an ideal venue for large family get togethers.
